    Description

      The feature request "Support configuration of environment variables before calling a build tool" triggered an extension for better support of some path variables.

      Now I imagine that such variables can be identified by extensible search patterns instead of referring to them only by fixed name lists.
      How do you think about to offer corresponding configuration widgets?
