Description
When hovering over an error tooltip (red exclamation mark to the left of a line number), the resulting view often "explodes" over the width of several monitors because it does not seem to wrap long error lines. This is annoying because nobody likes to read the same line of text across several monitors, especially if those monitors are not perfectly matched.
When there is a long list of notes accompanying the error (e.g. "instantiated from here"), the resulting view takes up all vertical monitor space and does not provide vertical scroll bars.
The size of the resulting view when hovering over an error tooltip needs to constrained both horizontally and vertically so that it only consumes a reasonable percentage of a single screen.
