Do not write build system output to general messages pane

    Description

      Currently the output is displayed in the General Messages Pane. But I find it quiet hard to find the right output there. I think it is better when the output is printed into different pane where you can set the option "clear output on a new run". And you have the possibility to highlight a new run like in the Application Output Pane
