semantic issue markers are never cleared on included sources

my project (automake-based) contains a generated .inc file that is #included into a .c file which is listed as a compilable source. while issues markers on the directly listed sources are refreshed/removed as one would expect, the markers on the included source file just keep accumulating. they survive even restarts of qtc.
