When a DummyContextObject is used to be the parent while in design mode, it will fail to utilize it and will give a warning about parent being null

When a DummyContextObject is used to be the parent while in design mode, it will fail to utilize it and will give a warning about parent being null. Since it is in Design mode then it should be able to use this correctly. It is picking up the dummy data specified, but not the DummyContextObject correctly.
