    Description

      Add 'configure' steps to the existing "build" steps, "clean" steps in build configurations.

      Configure steps are steps that have to be executed once (e.g. also when a project is first loaded), but not for every build.

      Example of configure steps:

      • autotools configure
      • conan install

      TODO: Should the actual qmake / cmake / qbs calls be treated as configure steps, too?
