[right click]->"Refactor"->"Rename symbol under cursor" extremely dangerous in mixed C++/QML projects

If an identifier in C++ code is renamed using "Rename symbol under cursor", the change is NOT propagated through to any QML document references to the identifier that occur within a project.

I can certainly accept that fully automated refactoring working seamlessly across C++ and QML documents within a project would be extremely difficult to implement, but for Qt Creator to just ignore potential QML usage without so much as a warning is downright irresponsible.
