"enable scroll wheel zooming" macos behaviour broken

disabling the "enable scroll wheel zooming" property seems to work correctly for me on linux.

however on macos (scrolling via trackpad/magic mouse), this is not the case:

• on the output panes it works as expected.
• on the text editor it always zooms and the behaviour of disabling the option is the same as enabling it. expected behaviour: if the option is disabled, scrolling should not zoom
