"Highlight blocks" feature not working correctly

Tools > Options > Text Editor > Display > Highlight blocks

I found this bug. I know such kind of code formatting is very rare, if not never, but who knows, maybe some people like that way, so I guess the rendering engine should work universally for any kind of formatting.

P.S.
I see that Qt Creator highlights blocks in "parent-block" style. Maybe you will also like "child-block" style which is implemented in the VSCode extension "Blockman". Actually I am the author of Blockman, and for me the "child" style is more natural than "parent" style. Anyway, I understand everyone has their own taste.
