McuSupportPlugin: move version detection information to kit descriptions

Currently the json kit files provide an optional list of versions recommended for a given 3rd party dependency.

Internally the plugin creates an instance of McuPackageVersionDetector that is used to retrieve the version of the dependency and compare it with the given versions. However, the details of the detector are still hardcoded in the plugin.

Instead, it should also be part of the json kit files.

Additionally prevent version detector from leaking.
