sdktool: docker kit doesn't work if use "accountname/imagename" format from QBSP file

The problem is following:

1. Create QBSP repo based on inspection here: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qtsdk/tqtc-qtsdk/+/408521/7/packaging-tools/configurations/pkg_templates/pkg_b2qt_template/embedded.b2qt.%2525QT_PKG_VERSION%2525.%2525MACHINE_PKG%2525.raspberrypi4/meta/installscript.qs
2. Install QBSP kit with name taboriso/docker-raspberrypi4-64:6 (taboriso - docker account name, QBSP file is using pre-build image from git hub account)
3. Open Kits settings

RESULT:

PATHS are set in KIT as expected, but KIT says that all paths NOT exist.

WORKAROUND:
If re-tag image name From  taboriso/docker-raspberrypi4-64:6 to  docker-raspberrypi4-64:6 and re-install QBSP with such name, installed kit works OK, all paths are valid.
