    Description

The default font rendering suffers from significant aliasing:

      With Zoom at 100%:

Text looks terrible and even worse, the "=" is almost indistinguishable from "-".

Editor Font preferences are at defaults:

      • Font Family "Source Code Pro"
      • Size 9
      • Zoom 100%
      • Antialias ticked.
      • "Flat" theme

Turning "Antialias" Off does not noticeably affect the appearance:
With Antialisaing Off, the appearance isĀ

Seen on the low-DPI screens of a mixed-DPI system.
Primary screen is 4k @ 200% scaling, secondary screens are 1080p at 100% scaling.

This seems to be new in v8.0.0.
