I don't have a receipe yet, and it does not seem to happen everytime; but I have seen it myself and a colleague has experienced it also.

The problem seems to occur on Linux only, I'm not sure if the display manager has an influence.

The following happens:

1. Start Git > Local Repository > Interactive Rebase
2. Choose the affected commits in the dialog, press Ok
3. A new Creator opens with the rebase TODO list
4. Edit the TODO list, close this Creator
5. The rebase is performed as usual

For step 3, I expect that the currently opened Creator opens a new editor with the rebase TODO list. This has worked for a long time but seems to break often currently.
