Open Documents list - add 'Show in Filesystem' contextual menu item

      In addition to editing projects, I also use Creator as an editor for individual files.

      It would be very useful if the 'Show in Filesystem' menu could be added to the right-click menu already available for items in this list. This would also help when tracing into files that are not part of the project being run - I often want to find the file on disk.
