Tabulation key insert spaces with Tab policy set to 'Tabs Only'.

    Description

      While editing a cpp, the tab key inserts spaces with the editor Tab policy set to 'Tabs Only' or 'Mixed'.
      This can be verified by navigating the tabulated text or enabling whitespace display.

      I could not find a configuration that would give proper tabs.

      Note: This issue also affects Qt Creator 2.4.1.
