The loop iterating over the suppresionFiles list in MemcheckEngine::toolArguments() is empty and doesn't add any --suppresions= arguments when the project valgrind settings has suppresion files listed.

This was verified by enabling debugging in valgrindengine.cpp with the attached patch.
