Allow to ignore all errors in dialog

Sometimes the installer ends up with an inconsistent state, and you get error messages like

If Retry doesn't help, your only choice is to Ignore them. Anyhow, this often leads to just the next dialog etc ... and you soon start clicking through dozens of dialogs.

It would therefore be good to have a 'Ignore All' button in the dialog, so that further errors are automatically ignored.
