Add support for JWT renewal to license managing (tqtc-license-managing)

License managing (tqtc-license-managing) should support following sequence:

• API discovery
• Renew with stored JWT
• License Fetch

Additionally it would be good to have possibility to launch Qt Account login window in case JWT has expired and is not valid or have an api to handle this in meaningful way.

Storing of the renewed JWT is missing from license managing and should be added.
