Be able to automatically skip files to be installed if they already exist at their destination

Be able to automatically skip files to be installed if they already exist at their destination. For example, if the Qt libraries already existed where they were going to be installed to then it would be good if the installer could skip over those to save the time of having to do the backup and install again (which may not be possible if the files are in use).
