annotatedURL is not dispalying the NFC tag information

Run annotatedURL and attempt to read a tag which contains NFC text and NFC URI information (use ndefeditor to create the tag) but the URL and text is not displayed.

On another note running annotatedURL gives a blank screen - which is how it's designed but this is sub-optimal, it should have some indication it's running.
