Install SSL certificates for personal-coins server

    Description

      Trying to connect to Opennebula via HTTPS  will fail due to missing SSL certificate error:

      "SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=error: certificate verify failed (unable to get local issuer certificate)"

      Using unsecure connection works

      export ONE_XMLRPC=http://one-master.ci.qt.io:2633/RPC2

      but this exposes vulnerability due to missing encryption.

      This can be fixed by installing the SSL certificate on the personal-coins server and disabling unsecured connections in opennebula.
