qtinfluxdb01: change indices from "inmem" to TSI1

    Description

      The influxdb01 server is suffering from high memory consumption because of the high cardinality of the data coming from the VMs (see here). This high cardinality is kind of unavoidable, because of the unique hostnames of all the short-lived VMs. A workaround is to move the "inmem" indices of InfluxDB to on-disk "TSI1" indices:
