Telegraf on Windows does not record detailed metrics

The metrics for Windows VMs don't show very well the memory and swap pressure. Upstream suggests that the win_perf_counters inputs plugin should be used for metrics collection. Example config file:

Unfortunately to visualise these metrics will require new specialised grafana pages only for the windows hosts.
