Use download_qt() function instead of suite_download_qt in DC RTA tests

You can get rid of the suite_dowload_qt and replace it with download_qt() function call instead. The only tests that need the suite at the moment are build tests and in the future we would like to get rid of the suite completely.

Basically only:

import download_qt

and

download_qt.download_qt()

are needed.
