Test MCU 1.0.1, update the RTA installer test

Update RTA test (suite_ultralight_mcu_installer), run test for released 1.0.1.

Now seems that the installer will install 1.0.1 and 1.0.1-eval content, check is that desired feature from the release manager. Test verifies the eval content, should verify released content.

Also the tests uses lot of hard coded strings (generating the qs, bin.txt, src.txt,...) which should be used though the common variables. Since we are doing the big refactor, I don't think you should use a lot of time in fixing those, but if something is already broken and needs to be fixed anyway, then consider using the common variables and features
