Add an integration test whether multiple installed versions influence each other

I just ran into QTBUG-84044/QTCREATORBUG-24020 in which both, Windows Desktop and UWP work fine individually but switching from one to the other breaks it. I think it would be good to have a test in RTA that works like:

1. Install all available Qt builds (same version but different compiler, bitness, ...) for a platform.
2. Start Qt Creator
3. Verify that all the Qt builds are listed as kits in Qt Creator.
4. Open a minimal project.
5. For each configuration (Debug, Profile, Release) of each kit:
   1. Enable the configuration.
   2. Build and run.
