Patch history radiobuttons stay disabled after clicking on them

      To reproduce:

      1. Open any change with more than one patch set for review
      2. Do a diff side-by-side or unified
      3. Open the "Patch history" at the top of the page
      4. Click on any radiobutton for doing a inter-history diff

      The history becomes disabled and there's no way to reenable it rather than refreshing the page.
