Update SLES15_SP3 to _SP4

    Description

      Seems that 6.2 branch has updated the SLES15_SP3 to SP4 as it's done already for 6.4 and dev branchies, so update 6.2 configs, replace the SP3 with SP4:

      tqtc-qtsdk\jenkins-templates\jenkins\rta_supported_configurations.json

      tqtc-qt-rta\suites\shared\data\Configurations\6.2\configurations.ini

      TestRail plans

      Since the SP4 is already in use in dev and 6.4, the config.json and Jenkins job ini files have already been updated
