RTA testing for QQEM

Qt Quick Effect Maker (QQEM) tool is part of Qt since Qt 6.5.0. There should be some simple tests procedure done for it in every Qt release.

Example of basic test which shows that the tool runs:

• See that qqem(.exe) appears into bin when "Qt Quick Effect Maker" is installed.
• Run it and the application should start.
• Test e.g.
  • Press "Add Node" button in the connector line between "Main" and "Output" nodes.
  • This should open Add Effect Node dialog. Select "Nature" -> "Clouds" and press "Add".
  • Clouds effect should appear into nodes view, preview should show clouds effect and properties view should show related properties.
  • Pressing "play" icon should start animating the clouds effect.
  • Moving "cloudsPerspective" slider should show the change in the preview.

Attached a video of this test sequence. More complex tests can be planned (open qep projects, save qep projects, export effects, add/remove/disable/enable nodes, adjust settings etc.).
