    Description

      With new version (2.3.1) compilation produce c1041 error (multiple CL.EXE write to the same .PDB file).

      Testes on solution containing 36 projets.

      Removing multiprocessor option (/MP) and setting maximum parralel projet built to 1 doesnt solved the issue.

      Compilation is fine with 2.2.2.
