Project out of date

1, Create a new Qt Gui Application project in VS2017

2, build and click "Local Windows Debugger" to debug to application

3, close and add a new Qt Class

4, Rebuild the project

5,  Click "Local Windows Debugger" and the VS would popup the Dialog "Project out of date". And this dialog would popup every time I start the debugger unless I restart the VS2017.
