Clean up qt3dstudio/qt3dstudio CI build targets

Now that ogl-runtime is in own repository it doesn't make sense to build the qt3dstudio/qt3dstudio 3D desktop editor tool repository for mobile/embedded targets.

Please remove these targets from the custom .py scipt:

• Android Android_ANY (clang-arm64) on Linux RHEL_7_4 (clang-x86_64)
  • Packaging, Release, DisableTests, OpenGLES2, NoUseGoldLinker
• Android Android_ANY (clang-armv7) on Linux RHEL_7_4 (clang-x86_64)
  • Packaging, Release, DisableTests, OpenGLES2, NoUseGoldLinker
• IOS IOS_ANY (clang-multi) on MacOS MacOS_10_13 (clang-x86_64)
  • Packaging, DebugAndRelease, DisableTests, Static
• QNX QNX_700 (gcc-armv7) on Linux RHEL_7_4 (gcc-x86_64)
  • Packaging, Release, DisableTests, OpenGLES2, NoUseGoldLinker, AbortTestingOnFirstFailure

This set would be good set for a desktop GUI tool repository:

• MacOS MacOS_10_13 (clang-x86_64) (already configured today)
  • Packaging, DebugAndRelease, Release
• MacOS MacOS_10_14 (clang-x86_64) (needs to be added!)
  • Packaging, DebugAndRelease, Release
• Linux RHEL_7_4 (gcc-x86_64) (already configured today)
  • Packaging, Release, NoUseGoldLinker, ForceDebugInfo, SeparateDebugInfo
• Linux Ubuntu_18_04 (gcc-x86_64) (already configured today)
  • DeveloperBuild, OutOfSourceBuild, QtLibInfix, QtNamespace, BuildExamples, Documentation
• Windows Windows_10 (msvc2015-x86_64) (already configured today)
  • Packaging, DebugAndRelease, Release, ForceDebugInfo, OpenGLDynamic
