    Description

      We updated the build of one of our statically built tools to use Qt 5.12.4.

      However, qtbase configuration fails, with the operative line being:

      ERROR: Static builds don't support RPATH

      Joerg Bornemann answered "The reason for this error message is the "-R ." in the configure call. Removing it fixes the issue."
