super module update script created a wrong change

    Description

      Recently found the bot update generate wrong change, like ps3 in https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/174672/

      Got a 5.8 change, fdf3a401b743c2e72c20f901641907b6a6ffc956 , for qtwebview, in PS3.

      Got same issue before when trying to have multiple bot updates together. but this time, for sure, I only tried one bot update at that time.

      Perhaps it's left over from previous bot update?
