Description
The TestConfigurations are currently only in the messages.thrift file which means that we cannot store the testconfigurations in task files and reproduce builds that have been run previously.
Moving the testconfigurations into storagestructs would allow us to save the platform configurations in statefiles and reproducing all builds retroactively.
