    Description

      When the operating system's default compiler is GCC 7, ICC builds tend to fail. See QTBUG-64650. Qt's SQLite libraries don't want to work. As a solution, we want to use the system's default SQLite libraries. This requires a new feature flag in Coin so that it can be controlled.
