B2Qt builds are not tested in CI at all

If you look at http://coin/coin/?project=yocto%2Fmeta-boot2qt you'll see that we stopped testing yocto completely. Builds used to take at least ten minutes, but since December 20 we only use 30 seconds and do nothing.

In order to reproduce the issue in a local coin checkout, try:

./src/platform_configurations.py --project yocto/meta-boot2qt --branch morty
Warning: empty configs for yocto/meta-boot2qt, probably missing permissions!
Test platforms for: yocto/meta-boot2qt morty

So this seems to be due to changes in qt5.git.
