Error extraction from logs is not working

I believe that after great log unification log marks are not pointing to the right place. It happens because log markers that are used for extracting error logs for gerrit review message are created on the agent. The agent doesn't know the right offsets, it takes into account only own contribution to log, ignoring output from workitem.
