QNX build should not use msys

    Description

      We constantly fail integrations because of missing g++ or cd command. Apparently that is a known bug in QNX toolchain while using msys (or just in msys) but it seems that nobody is using such configuration and we should simply use mingw. Please change QNX build to follow.

      The bug affects quite a lot of Qt5 integrations and it is critical for release performance.
