Description

When using appman with enabled ivi-logging all applicationmanager categories are registered multiple times.

Long term these registrations are too much for the dlt-daemon.

This bug is about investigating which component (GeniviExtras or Appman) causes the multiple registrations and plan/implement a fix for it.
