Make it possible to autogenerate a QtRO server which provides a simulation behavior

      Similar to the simulation backends which use the QIviSimulationEngine, it should be possible to autogenerate a simulation server which provides the simulation over QtRO.

      The autogenerated code should use the same annotation and simulation.qml files than a simulation backend and should behave very similar.
