View is not scrolled automatically to show added row or column

Found issue:

When there are multiple columns and rows that do not fit the view, and user adds a new row or column, view is not scrolled automatically to show the added row/column

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a project
• Import some model that has multiple rows and columns, e.g. the attached test_data.json
• Adjust Model Editor view so that you have both vertical and horizontal scrollbars visible
• Add a row or column using + buttons
• -> View is not automatically scrolled to show the added row/column
