Add option to automatically fold Auxiliary data

With addition of Annotations, files Auxiliary data starts to create a lot of visual clutter at the bottom of source files. So it's a good feature to fold the Auxiliary data in files by default (similar to Legal/License info in header) and add an option in Settings window to turn it off.
