Mulitple issues with Merge from Photoshop

There are multiple issues with the merging feature from Photoshop Bridge. As it is sometimes difficult to isolate them, but i managed with a simple example to trigger a good number of them, I'm adding this ticket with a list of all the sub issues it covers.

1. States are removed from their state block and then do not appear correctly. (I have also seen property changes removed completely but yet to re-reproduce in a simple example.)
2. Custom Properties added to the root item gone
3. Connections added to the file gone.
4. Alias Properties added gone.
5. custom imports gone.

I've attached both the pre and post merge project folders and bridge export folders, plus the photoshop file. Along with screenshot examples of the issues pre and post merge.
