Generate main.qml

The C++ project has an extra main.qml file.

This main.qml should be generated as part of the cmakefiles.txt and has the following content:

import ProjectApp

MainFile //this is the main file from .qmlproject
{
}

This allows us to define the actual qml main file without touching the .cpp file by
generating the extra main.qml file.
