Setting duplicate ids for timeline/animation only triggers an error once

    Description

      • When setting a duplicate id on a timeline/animation it once shows an error message. Any further setting of duplicate ids for the same item it won't notify the user about the error.
      • When the error message is showing up the id of the affected item should be reset to the original. Right now it keeps the duplicate id.
