Scrollbars hardly visible in States view

      In the new States view, scrollbars are hardly visible and therefore hard to use, please see the attached picture. I can only see the bar if I hover mouse on top of it and even then it's difficult to see.

      Tested with 3.7.0 snapshot, Built on Sep 22 2022 02:35:31
