Add QSR examples built option to Windows configuration in Coin

    Description

      Currently, Coin is only building the examples on the Linux by default.

      In order to avoid regression, it would be good to build the examples also for Windows.

      This requires some project specific adaptation to Coin configuration. Already discussed with Matti Paaso
