File Dialog does not re open in some situation.

      On Linux VM based on Debian 9 with X11 and Openbox Window Manager, If  File Dialog is closed with X button it never opens again.

      Attached example reproduces it.

      1. Click on the Choose File Button in the example program.
      2. Close File Dialog via Cross in the title bar.
      3. Click again on Choose File button. => File Dialog will not be opened.
