#hashtag navigation does not work in custom url scheme

the following like hashtag does not work in qwebengineview.

<a href="#sense_0_2" class="sense">PRODUCE<br></a>
                                                        <a href="#sense_0_3" class="sense">CAUSE<br></a>
                                                        <a href="#sense_0_5" class="sense">PERFORM<br></a>
                                                        <a href="#sense_0_6" class="sense">FORCE<br></a>

expected behaviour:
when click the entry ,should navigate during the same page.

actual behavior:
when click ,navigate to the about:blank page.

the same html file also attached for your investigation .open the html file with browser ,the hashtag navigation can work.

seems has some connection with custom local url scheme.
